Resilience Learning Partnership are an education and training provider with a dual purpose. We support the health, social care, education, housing & criminal justice sectors in Trauma Informed Practice. We inform learning and development through our work, ensuring that lived experience is considered in service design and public policy decision making areas in an authentic and meaningful way.
We are a lived experience led organisation and around 82% of our current workforce have lived experience of psychological trauma.
RLP has many projects and initiatives running at any one time. This diverse and innovative approach to working allows us to be very responsive to the current needs of those we serve.
As an expert by experience led social enterprise RLP support the National Trauma Transformation Programme with the development of the mechanisms that help facilitate people with lived experience of trauma being meaningfully involved in the design and delivery (where possible) of services. The NTTP is delivered in partnership with the following organisations: NHS Education for Scotland, Scottish Government, Improvement Service, COSLA and the Resilience Learning Partnership
